Taekwon-do

James and Christian recently tested for their belt advancements in Taekwon-do. Christian tested for his high red and James for his high blue. After high blue is red, then high red and then black. They both did well, but the testing actually lasts more than the 3 hours on that Saturday morning. Thoses conducting the test make comments about everything that could use "tweaking" and after passing the main portions of the test, they have to go back and pass off on all those comments written down for them. So, they're still doing that, but if all goes well they'll have advanced.
I love Taekwon-do. It teaches self discipline, integrity and the importance of hard work. Jennifer Barnett is an incredible teacher and it shows when the students go to tournaments. They, as a whole, outperform all the other schools.
